Working on projects are important, and learning to manage those projects as well as creating and meeting deadlines are what lead to successful projects. As a project manager the goal is not just to focus on a given task, but a series of tasks performed by the people on your team and making sure deadlines are reached. This means having technical experience, interpersonal experience and a strong sense of purpose or determination to complete the overall objective. This objective can vary from being a proof of concept to a full fledged product. Additionally, the time constraints given to complete such projects vary as well, and knowing when to push hard and when to keep a steady pace are all part of the job. For example with an Android project, as you work with your teams you should have a common sense of unity in knowing what is expected of everyone and if the set target is attainable. Only after these important factors are figured out can the team progress and strive toward doing their best and achieve their goal.
